How to choose your size from Honduras
Don’t use your usual clothing size. With a flexible tape, measure the narrowest part of your torso for your waist, and the widest part of your hips and glutes. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and don’t suck in.
If the two measurements fall into different sizes, order the larger one. Shapewear that’s too small doesn’t compress more: it rolls at the waist, shows under your clothes and stops shaping.

What if something arrives wrong
Shapewear is intimate apparel, and sales are final for size, fit or change of mind. That doesn’t cover our mistakes: if you receive a different style, color or size than the one in your order, if the product arrives damaged or if there’s a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.
You have 7 calendar days from delivery to write to us with your order number and clear photos of the whole garment, the tags and the packaging. Don’t send anything back without written authorization.
Caring for your shapewear
- Hand wash in cold water, without wringing.
- No fabric softener and no bleach.
- Never in the dryer: heat ruins the elasticity.
- No ironing.
- Dry flat in the shade.
With that care, the compression holds up through months of daily wear.
