How to care for your shapewear

Well-cared-for shapewear keeps its compression longer. These are Eclipse’s care instructions for all our Silueta de Oro shapewear.

How to wash and dry it

• Hand wash.
• Dry in the shade.
• Don’t use bleach.
• Don’t put it in the dryer.
• Don’t iron it.
• Don’t wring it.

Tip for your new shapewear: into the freezer in its bag

If you just received your shapewear, don’t throw away the bag it came in — you’ll need it for this tip. (The video is in Spanish.)

1. Wash it and wait until it’s completely dry.
2. Put it back in its bag and leave it in the freezer overnight.
3. The next day, take it out and let it rest for 15 minutes before putting it on.

This helps your shapewear keep its fibers and elasticity. You can repeat it once a month.
