Aceptas estos términos, nuestras políticas vinculadas y las condiciones mostradas en producto y checkout. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el sitio ni completes una compra.
La tienda
Eclipse vende fajas y prendas moldeadoras en línea. Shopify proporciona la plataforma de comercio. Debes tener capacidad legal para contratar y proporcionar información verdadera, completa y actual.
Información del producto y talla
Trabajamos para mostrar materiales, color, cobertura, compresión, precio y disponibilidad con precisión. Pantallas, lotes y fotografía pueden producir variaciones razonables que no alteran las características esenciales. Revisa medidas y descripción antes de comprar; la asesoría de talla es orientativa y no garantiza ajuste.
Las fajas moldean mientras se usan. El contenido del sitio no es consejo médico y no promete pérdida de peso, cambios corporales permanentes, curación ni recuperación clínica. Para uso posoperatorio o una condición de salud, sigue exclusivamente la indicación de un profesional calificado.
Órdenes, precios y pago
Podemos aceptar, limitar o cancelar órdenes por inventario, errores evidentes, verificación, fraude, reventa no autorizada o restricciones de envío. Los precios pueden cambiar antes de ordenar. Impuestos, envío y cargos aplicables aparecen antes de confirmar cuando sea técnicamente posible. Si cancelamos una orden cobrada, devolveremos el importe correspondiente al método original.
Envíos, venta final y derechos del consumidor
Las condiciones de envío y la política de venta final forman parte de estos términos. Las prendas íntimas no admiten cambios por talla, ajuste o preferencia. Nada aquí elimina garantías, reembolsos u otros derechos que la ley aplicable no permita renunciar.
Uso permitido
No puedes vulnerar el sitio, introducir código malicioso, recolectar datos sin autorización, evadir controles, suplantar identidad, usar contenido ilegal, infringir derechos, interferir con checkout ni utilizar la tienda para fraude. Podemos restringir acceso o cancelar operaciones ante riesgo razonable.
Propiedad intelectual
El nombre Eclipse, logotipos, fotografías, textos, diseño y demás contenido propio o licenciado están protegidos. No se concede autorización para copiar, republicar, revender contenido o crear materiales que sugieran afiliación sin permiso escrito.
Reseñas y contenido de clientes
Si envías una reseña, foto o mensaje para publicación, confirmas que es verdadero, que tienes derechos para compartirlo y que no infringe privacidad ni propiedad ajena. Solo publicaremos testimonios con autorización y podremos abreviar datos identificables sin cambiar el sentido. No ofrecemos incentivos condicionados a una opinión positiva y no garantizamos que la experiencia de una persona sea igual para todas.
Servicios y enlaces de terceros
Pagos, transporte, aplicaciones, redes sociales y sitios enlazados pueden estar sujetos a términos y políticas propios. No controlamos sus servicios, aunque seguimos siendo responsables de nuestras obligaciones que la ley no permite transferir.
Disponibilidad, garantías y responsabilidad
El sitio se ofrece según disponibilidad. En la máxima medida permitida, no garantizamos acceso ininterrumpido ni que todo error técnico sea corregido de inmediato. Las exclusiones y límites no aplican cuando una ley prohíbe excluirlos, ni a responsabilidad que legalmente no puede limitarse.

You agree to these terms, linked policies, and the conditions shown on product pages and at checkout. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a purchase.
The store
Eclipse sells shapewear and related garments online. Shopify provides the commerce platform. You must have legal capacity to contract and provide truthful, complete, and current information.
Product information and sizing
We work to accurately show materials, color, coverage, compression, price, and availability. Screens, production lots, and photography may create reasonable variations that do not change essential characteristics. Review measurements and the description before purchasing; size assistance is guidance and not a fit guarantee.
Shapewear shapes while worn. Site content is not medical advice and does not promise weight loss, permanent body changes, healing, or clinical recovery. For post-operative use or a health condition, follow only the direction of a qualified professional.
Orders, prices, and payment
We may accept, limit, or cancel orders for inventory, obvious errors, verification, fraud, unauthorized resale, or shipping restrictions. Prices may change before an order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping, and charges appear before confirmation when technically possible. If we cancel a charged order, we will return the applicable amount to the original method.
Shipping, final sale, and consumer rights
Our shipping terms and final-sale policy are part of these terms. Intimate garments cannot be exchanged for size, fit, or preference. Nothing here waives warranties, refunds, or other rights that applicable law does not allow consumers to waive.
Acceptable use
You may not compromise the site, introduce malicious code, collect data without authorization, evade controls, impersonate others, submit unlawful content, infringe rights, interfere with checkout, or use the store for fraud. We may restrict access or cancel transactions in response to reasonable risk.
Intellectual property
The Eclipse name, logos, photographs, copy, design, and other owned or licensed content are protected. No permission is granted to copy, republish, resell content, or create materials suggesting affiliation without written consent.
Reviews and customer content
If you submit a review, photo, or message for publication, you confirm it is truthful, you have the right to share it, and it does not violate another person's privacy or property. We publish testimonials only with permission and may shorten identifying details without changing meaning. We do not offer incentives conditioned on positive sentiment, and one person's experience is not guaranteed for everyone.
Third-party services and links
Payments, carriers, applications, social platforms, and linked sites may have their own terms and policies. We do not control those services, although we remain responsible for obligations that the law does not permit us to transfer.
Availability, warranties, and liability
